Is full mouth rehabilitation right for you?
It is usually recommended when several problems affect the whole mouth at once:

Consultation and 3D CBCT scan

Your new teeth are designed for your face, lips and bite before surgery, so you can see the planned result.
Implant surgery
Implants are placed under local anaesthesia, with IV sedation available. Any teeth that cannot be saved are removed in the same appointment.
Fixed temporary teeth
In most cases a fixed temporary bridge is attached within one or two days, so you leave with teeth.
Healing
The implants bond with the bone over 3 to 6 months. You eat a softer diet at first, then return to normal food.
Final bridge
Your final bridge is made to your new bite and fixed in place, followed by reviews and professional cleaning.

What is full mouth rehabilitation?
Full mouth rehabilitation rebuilds all or most of the teeth in one or both jaws to restore chewing, speech and appearance. What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
Both give you a full fixed arch of teeth on implants. All-on-4 uses four implants per arch and suits most patients, including those with some bone loss. All-on-6 uses six implants for extra support and is often chosen for the upper jaw or for patients with a strong bite. Your CBCT scan shows which is right for you.
How much does full mouth rehabilitation cost in Delhi?

Can I get fixed teeth on the same day?
In many cases, yes. With immediate loading, a fixed temporary bridge is attached within a day or two of implant surgery, so you are not left without teeth. The final bridge is fitted after the implants have healed, usually in 3 to 6 months.
I have been told I don't have enough bone. Can I still get implants?
Often yes. All-on-4 places the back implants at an angle to use the bone that is there, which can avoid bone grafting. Where grafting is needed, it is planned on the CBCT scan before treatment.
Is the surgery painful?
Implant surgery is done under local anaesthesia, and optional IV sedation is available for anxious patients. Most people describe soreness for a few days afterwards, managed with regular pain relief.
How many trips do international patients need?
Usually two. The first visit, about 10 to 14 days, covers the scan, implant surgery and a fixed temporary bridge. The second, after 3 to 6 months of healing, is for the final bridge. Planning starts with a video consultation before you travel.
